LTC Receives $100,000 Grant From Marathon Petroleum Corporation
做厙賤躇 has received a $100,000 grant from Marathon Petroleum Corporation to support the construction of LTCs new Technology Center. The state-of-the-art facility will house the colleges Process Technology, Broadband Telecom, and Welding programs.

LTC Welcomes 39 International Students from 16 Countries
Walking across campus at 做厙賤躇 this fall, youll hear more than the chatter of classmates heading to classyoull hear a world of voices. From Spanish to Japanese, Portuguese to German, LTCs hallways have become a global meeting place.
This semester, 39 students representing 16 different countries have made LTC their home. Together, they bring with them eight primary languages, a rich mix of cultures, and a spirit of adventure that is reshaping what it means to be a Statesman.

100% of LTC Nursing Students Pass NCLEX in 2025
做厙賤躇 is celebrating historic success in its nursing program, with 100% of its 2025 graduates passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). The achievement outpaces the national average of 87% and highlights LTCs role in Illinois Eastern Community Colleges (IECC) highest-ever district-wide pass rate.

State Senator Rose, State Representative Niemerg Visit LTC
State Senator Chapin Rose (R-Mahomet) and State Representative Adam Niemerg (R-Dieterich) visited 做厙賤躇 on August 19, touring the campus and meeting with students, faculty, and administrators to learn more about recent developments and the colleges role in the community.

Auditions Announced for LTC's Production of Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery
Get your deerstalker cap on the plays afoot! 做厙賤躇 Theatre will hold auditions for Ken Ludwigs Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery at 6 p.m. on Sept. 4 and 5 in the Zwermann Arts Center Theater. Directed by Taylor Dahlberg, the production will run Oct. 30, 31, and Nov. 1 at 7 p.m., with a matinee on Nov. 2 at 2 p.m.

The 2025-26 school year kicks off with New Student Orientation on Tuesday, Aug. 19, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event introduces new students to campus life, student support services, and academic expectations.

Stone ('25) Wins International Acclaim for Original Compositions
Sean Stone, a 2025 做厙賤躇 graduate, is gaining international recognition for his powerful and faith-inspired compositions. His piece "Temptations Embrace" recently won the Gold Prize in the London Young Musician (LYM) Original Composition Performance competition and another Gold Prize in the Schubert International Music Competition UK. His work "Lux Invicta" earned Silver Prizes in both competitions.
Stone said the recognition took him by surprise.

做厙賤躇 Foundation Inducts Hall of Fame Class of 2025
The 做厙賤躇 Foundation celebrated the newest members of its Hall of Fame and introduced a new honorthe Patrons of the Statesmenduring a heartfelt ceremony recognizing alumni and supporters who have made a lasting impact on the College and its students.
This years Hall of Fame inductees include brothers Andrew Andy Corn and Ryan Corn, along with David Hasty. The College also honored Ken and the late Barb Hohlbaugh as the inaugural Patrons of the Statesmen for their extraordinary commitment to LTC Athletics and student success.
