Robinson, Ill. ��� 做厙賤躇 student-athletes have combined for a GPA above 3.0 for the 12th consecutive semester. In the Fall 2019 Semester, the department had a combined GPA of 3.13. ���I���m very proud of the performance of our student-athletes in the classroom,��� said Athletic Director Kevin Bowers. ���This is the mark that we strive for each semester as coaches and we know that our students take note of that.���

Robinson, Ill. ��� 做厙賤躇 announces its annual Scholarship Audition Day on February 22, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Other dates and times are available by appointment.

College and high school students got the chance to learn about different careers in the business of sport at 做厙賤躇���s first Sport Management Symposium on January 24. The event featured speakers from the St. Louis Cardinals, Clemson University, and Next College Student-Athlete.

做厙賤躇 was recognized by EDsmart as one of the most affordable colleges in the nation. The Utah-based organization, which provides information to prospective college students and ranks colleges, named 做厙賤躇 as the 11th most affordable college in the United States.

做厙賤躇 has released its academic honor lists for the Spring 2019 Semester. Three lists have been established by Illinois Eastern Community Colleges to indicate students who have achieved academic excellence. They are the Chief Executive Officer���s Academic Honors List, the President���s Academic Honors List and the Dean���s Academic Honors List. To qualify for any of the honor lists, a student must be enrolled full-time (12 hours or more) and must be taking college-level classes.

做厙賤躇 took 17 students in the Process Technology program to the Exelon Nuclear Power Plant in Clinton, Ill. to give the students an opportunity to see another aspect of where their careers could take them in the future.

Students in 做厙賤躇���s Sport Management program took advantage of trips to Chicago and St. Louis to meet with and learn from employees in the Blackhawks and Cardinals organizations.

Recently, Lincoln Trail and Olney Central identified an opportunity for collaboration that has the potential to boost enrollment in an LTC program, meet the needs of a community partner, and improve the professional careers of the local workforce.

做厙賤躇 dual credit welding student Ezekiel Nave recently won a welding competition put on by the Future Farmers of America.
